Utilityhemlock provides documentation, planning sessions, and annual reviews related to offline wallet custody timelines for altcoin reserve holders. We do not custody digital assets, execute blockchain transactions, hold private keys, or provide regulated financial services.

3. Website use

You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial information. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish content without written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation or submit unlawful material through contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branded materials are owned by Utilityhemlock unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created for clients (binders, reports) are licensed to the client for personal and estate-planning use. We retain the right to retain internal working copies as required for service continuity and legal compliance.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information during intake. Clients must not ask us to store seed phrases or private keys. Clients are responsible for securing their own devices and backups outside our sessions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Utilityhemlock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or documentation services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.

7. Indemnification

8. Governing law
