Custody Timeline Documentation

Who this is for

Long-term altcoin reserve holders who maintain one or more offline wallets — hardware devices, metal seed plates, or paper backups — and need a single authoritative document describing how those assets have been stored, moved, and verified over years or decades.

What you receive

A bound custody timeline ledger containing:

• Chronological entries for each wallet creation, fund migration, and storage relocation
• Verification checkpoint log with dates of balance confirmations and recovery drills
• Cross-reference index linking wallet labels to storage locations (without exposing seed phrases)
• Succession summary page written for heirs and estate advisors
• Archival-quality paper, numbered sections, and a table of contents

What is excluded

We do not hold private keys, execute transactions, or store seed material. We do not provide investment recommendations or tax filing services. Exchange trading history is documented only when you supply records.

Process

1. Intake call (60 minutes): You walk us through your wallet history from memory and any existing notes.
2. Record gathering (1–2 weeks): You provide dates, device models, and location changes; we request clarification where gaps exist.
3. Draft review (video or in-person): You verify each timeline entry for accuracy.
4. Final binder (printed and bound): Delivered to your Gumi office pickup or registered domestic post.

Preparation

Gather any existing wallet labels, purchase receipts for hardware devices, and notes from past recovery tests. You do not need to bring devices to our office unless you choose an on-site verification add-on.
