How Utilityhemlock collects, uses, and protects personal data for website visitors and custody documentation clients in South Korea.

What we collect

  • Contact inquiries: name, email, message content, service selection, optional wallet count description
  • Service clients: intake notes, session dates, delivery addresses for binders, invoice details
  • Website technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (if analytics cookies accepted)

We never collect seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances as a condition of service.

How we use data

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions
  • Produce and deliver custody documentation
  • Issue invoices and maintain business records
  • Improve website content when analytics are enabled
  • Comply with legal obligations

Retention

Contact form submissions: up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins. Client project files: up to 7 years after final delivery for business and legal record purposes. Analytics data: per cookie policy durations.

Contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a documentation practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Print and bindery vendors (delivery addresses only)
  • Email and scheduling tools under contract
  • Authorities when required by South Korean law

International transfers occur only when using standard cloud tools; we select providers with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under applicable South Korean and general privacy principles, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact hello@utilityhemlock.click. We respond within 30 days where practicable.

Security

We use access controls on client files, encrypted email where available, and physical storage limits for printed binders. No method is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly.

Children

Our services are not directed at persons under 18.
